Ferris State and Grand Rapids Section 1001 of the ASQ partnering to advance quality
Nathan Murley, Chair, comments: "It's Official!!! ASQ now has a student branch on the Ferris Grand Rapids campus!!! We are currently establishing bimonthly open meetings for students to come and share in discussion topics about the quality profession and how to become a member of our group.
Currently we have had an information table set-up on campus to help spread the word to the student body about our exciting new registered student organization (RSO) and the two Hans Bajaria scholarship's that are available from ASQ 1001.
Thank you to our local chapter for all of your support and guidance with getting our student chapter established. We appreciate everything you've done and hope we can be a positive outlet to promote quality as a profession."
